History
Kirsten
and Glenn Cademartori, although modern
in their lifestyle, have the values and
pride of generations past. Perfection
is a primary goal. The love of food, the
arts and authenticity are also highly
valued in the Cademartori home.
One
of the sources of their drive for perfection
was inherited from Glenn's grandfather.
Giovanni Cademartori came over to the
United States from Genoa, Italy, married,
and had 3 sons, and 11 grandchildren.
Giovanni not only valued family and hard
work, but the arts-he was a trumpet player
in a 1940's swing band.
Glenn,
much like his grandfather is a hard worker
and an artist. Glenn studied art in Florence
and is a painter, illustrator and photographer.
Glenn's wife Kirsten is a lover of the
arts, and a world traveler. After visiting
5 continents, Italy is the only country
that continually brings her back.
Glenn
and Kirsten's mutual love for the country,
its food, culture and romance led them
to create a business of passion-Cademartori's
Imports of Italy.
